OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order's item(s) are out of stock, we will take your advice for the replacement product (s), store credit for the upcoming catalogue or a full refund.
Most garment designs are created only once and will be available until they sell out.
If there are any delays in the shipping process, you will receive a notification via phone call or email.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that for all international orders, taxes and duties may apply. Our supplier will ship your package without destination country duty and taxes, and we can not calculate any local taxes or duties during the checkout process. If there are any fees applicable, they will be collected upon delivery of your order.
The customer is responsible for relevant customs, import, and collection fees. It is a requirement by customs authorities that we declare the value of your order directly on the package(s). Taxes and fees depend on factors such as location, material, item value, etc.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amounts as customs policies differ significantly from country to country. If your order incurs any additional charges, the customer must pay them to facilitate customs clearance.
SHIPPING METHOD
We use Australia Post for Australia-wide and New Zealand deliveries. We use different services for other countries.
RETURNS
Please note, all items are not refundable, non exchangeable, place the order carefully.
Refundable items typically come with certain conditions, and these may vary depending on the policies of the seller or the product/service in question. However, here are some common conditions for refundable items:
Timeframe: Refunds are often subject to a specific timeframe, meaning the request must be made within a certain number of days from the date of purchase.
Condition of the Item: The item usually needs to be in its "original condition and packaging" for a refund to be processed. Any damage or signs of use will void the refund.
Proof of Purchase: Customers are typically required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to initiate a refund.
Reason for Refund: Sellers may require a valid reason for the refund request. Common reasons include receiving the wrong item, damaged goods, incorrect product size and meet the refund/exchange criteria.
Returns will be processed within seven days of being received.
Order Cancellation
If you realize that you have placed an incorrect order, kindly inform us immediately (within 24 hours) so that we can rectify the situation. However, please be aware that once orders have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
Non-refundable
Items on sale, jewellery, undergarments, clearance, decorations, beauty products, fragrances and custom-made sizes are fully non-refundable; please place an order carefully.
After Pay orders
Please note that orders made through After Pay can only be refunded or returned once the full payment has been made.
WHEN RETURNING
Please pack the items carefully, along with the return form and our receipt.
Take the parcel to the local courier service of your choice and send it to our address (which will be provided by us).
After your package has arrived at our receiving facility, it may take some extra time to reach our Returns Depot. Once it has arrived, we aim to process your return within 2-3 business days.
Note: Please do not post any item without receiving our return instructions email.

The cost of all returns is the customer's responsibility.
